Programme Introduction

This Conflict Management skills programme is designed to assist individuals to manage conflict and keep team focused on the real results. Delegates will also learn to identify, analyse and work out different ways to approach a problem.

 

Workplace conflicts can detrimentally impact productivity and work quality. Efficiently managing conflicts fosters peace and harmony in the workplace as a preventive measure.

Entry Requirements:

A matric certificate is equivalent to NQF level 4. Other qualification that are on the same level to NQF level 4 include:

In addition to successfully completing the Programmes listed above, a Final Integrated Summative Assessment (FISA) is required for the Qualification. All learners gain entrance to the Final Integrated Supervised Assessment by successfully completing all formal summative assessments conducted by the SDP.
