The intention of the EE Act is primary to give effect to give equality clauses in our construction which aims to achieve equality in the workshop. The EE Amendments and Employment Equity Regulations are a direct consequence of the department of Labour’s twenty years Review into the effectiveness of the EE Act 55 of 1998.
