Training Facilitators / Trainers are mainly used in adult education and use their expertise in a subject to share knowledge and to guide a person to a higher level of competence. This Facilitation Skills course aims to provide recognition for those participants who facilitate or intend to facilitate learning using a variety of given methodologies.

Plan and prepare for facilitation.
Facilitate learning; and
Evaluate learning and facilitation.
This is one (1) of the five (5) ETD roles / courses that together provides participants with the general Education, Training and Development skills required at an NQF level 5 thus providing an opportunity for participants to specialise further in one of the following four roles:

Design and conduct assessments.
