Prospen Africa’s Skills Development Committee training is intended to equip Skills Development Forum or Committee members with a good understanding of skills development and the need for workplace implementation of skills development initiatives. The training ensures that the Skills Development Committee or Education and Training Development Committee understands their role and function. The course looks at the legal reporting requirements of organisations as per the Workplace Skills Plan reports.
