Session Two: Be the Tech Savvy Executive Assistant to Ensure Continuous Executive Support is Maintained

  • Organising your workload, plan and prioritise while working remotely

  • Ensuring excellent and effective telephone and virtual discussions for a continuous executive support

  • Be the ghost writer for your executive by structuring a truly professional correspondence

  • Learn new and professional techniques to achieve your objectives by writing persuasive emails

  • Selecting appropriate words to engage intended listeners or readers

  • Individual exercises: To practise techniques learnt

Session Four: Promote ‘Change’ as your Winning Strategy in Managing a Dynamic High-Profile Executive in your organisation 

As Executive Assistants we deal with change constantly. How do you shift your approach to seek opportunities even when change is fundamental and let’s be honest – daunting? How do you work efficiently in an ever-changing environment? Your facilitator will talk about how to welcome change as a chance to grow as an Assistant. She will share her insights on how she was able to build great relationships with her executives when she finally welcomed the change with an open mind and embraced its possibilities.

  • How to become an innovative game changer as an Executive Assistant

 Part Two: Creating a Professional Presentations

  • Understand how to structure a professional presentations

  • Open and close with impact

  • Activity: Create a presentation

Session Two: Build a Powerful Partnership with your Executive

  • Lead the partnership with your manager(s) no matter where you are based

  • How to elevate the assistant role into a strategic business partner working alongside your executive

  • Strategic thinking, proactivity and adding value as an executive assistant

  • Adopt the neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques to build successful relationships

  • Practical tips on how to create the mindset needed to succeed as a top-level, c-suite executive assistant

  • Group to discussion to plan how you will enhance your working practice with your manager

Session Three: Emotional Intelligence and why is it a Vital Skill for Executive Assistants

According to World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report Emotional Intelligence is one of the growing skills required by 2022. How do you build up your Emotional Intelligence now with this global crisis? 

  • Emotional Intelligence is a hot topic, but it is not a new idea, why is it is a crucial skill for EAs especially now during the global crisis

  • Master emotional intelligence and learn how to proactively develop your business relationship with your executive and others

  • Looking at the signs of low emotional intelligence and dealing with people who have low emotional intelligence 

  • Fun examples of how emotional intelligence can be improved
