Course Introduction

The aim of the Results-Driven Monitoring, Evaluation, and Implementation Training is to apply monitoring and evaluation approaches and tools to assess an  organization’s or programme’s performance in a specific context. Equip participants with knowledge and skills in monitoring and evaluation to accurately assess the performance of public sector organizations or programmes.

Course Objectives

By the end of the Results-Driven Monitoring, Evaluation, and Implementation training, participants should:

  • Contextualizing different approaches to and theories of monitoring and evaluation in a particular organization.

  • Demonstrating understanding of appropriate research design and methodology for monitoring and evaluating an organization or programme in a specific context.

Day 4: Data Analysis and Interpretation

  • Techniques for analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Identifying trends, challenges, and successes.

  • Linking findings to indicators and objectives.

Day 5: Reporting and Utilizing M&E Findings

  • Structuring and writing M&E reports.

  • Visualizing data for stakeholder presentations.
