Course Introduction

The Advanced Project Management course is designed for individuals aiming to develop skills in planning, executing, and evaluating projects within a professional setting. Participants will learn to choose a project aligned with unit objectives, considering various alternatives based on viability and potential outcomes. This involves defining the project scope, identifying deliverables, outlining work activities, analyzing risks, and understanding change processes crucial for project will encompass describing objectives, engaging stakeholders, creating a work breakdown structure, setting performance and quality criteria, ensuring plan accuracy and compliance.


Delegates will gain an understanding and creating tools such as Gantt charts for time management, budget development for cost management, and quality parameters for assessing and managing project quality. Participants will also learn to monitor project implementation against the plan, evaluate results and progress, identify deviations, take corrective actions, and ultimately evaluate results against project scope and objectives.
