These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Prospen Africa website, and your registration for and attendance of any training course, workshop, or service provided by Prospen Africa. By accessing this website or submitting a registration form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, and/or by submitting a signed registration form, the user and/or authorising signatory accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or otherwise use this website or our services.

2. Use of This Website

This website and its content are provided for general informational purposes regarding Prospen Africa's training, development, and consultancy services. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party.

You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to this website.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Prospen Africa and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in all material on this website, including but not limited to course content, training materials, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and software. All such rights are reserved.

You may view, download, and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms and Conditions. You must not:

• Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from this website without prior written consent.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on this website for a commercial purpose.
• Redistribute content from this website, including onto another website, without our prior written consent.

4. Course Registration and Booking

Receipt by Prospen Africa of a signed registration form will be accepted as binding confirmation of your booking and attendance on the relevant course, and your booking will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. The person completing and signing the registration form (the "authorising signatory") confirms that they accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of themselves and/or the delegate(s) and/or organisation they represent.

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be made within 7 (seven) working days from the date the invoice is received. Full payment must be received before the start of the course. Prospen Africa reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from, a course any delegate whose course fees remain outstanding.

6. Delegate Changes

Delegate substitution is welcome at any time. Please notify us in writing if a registered delegate is to be replaced before the course starts. No cash refunds will be made in respect of a substituted delegate.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your registration, in writing, up to 10 (ten) working days before the course takes place. Cancellations made within 10 (ten) working days of the course date will be liable for the full course fee. All cancellations must be made in writing. Unfortunately, no refunds or credits can be given to delegates who do not attend without giving prior notice.

8. Indemnity

Should Prospen Africa cancel, postpone, or change the venue or facilitator(s) of a course due to circumstances beyond its control, the client will be provided with a credit voucher of an equal amount, valid to attend a similar event within 12 (twelve) months. Prospen Africa will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the client as a result of such changes to the event.

Note: An extra charge of R250 (excluding VAT) per day will be levied for Halaal, Kosher, and Vegan meal requirements.

9. Course Content and Accreditation

While Prospen Africa makes every effort to ensure that course content, schedules, and accreditation information are accurate and up to date, course content, facilitators, dates, and venues may be subject to change without prior notice. Where applicable, accreditation status with relevant SETAs or other accrediting bodies is maintained in accordance with the requirements of those bodies, and Prospen Africa will inform delegates of any material changes affecting accreditation where reasonably possible.

10. User Responsibilities

By using this website or registering for any of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when completing any form on this website or any registration form.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials, where applicable, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Not use this website to transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of this website and our services.

11. Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prospen Africa excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to this website and its use.
