Course Introduction

Communications, marketing and brand teams are expected to produce more content, across more channels, with the same people. AI-assisted design tools now make that possible, but speed without consistency damages a brand, and careless use of generative AI creates copyright, privacy and reputational risk.

This hands-on, five-day programme teaches participants to use AI-assisted design tools to design professional visuals, build and enforce a brand kit, produce platform-specific social media content, craft presentations and reports, and set up the workflows, roles and approvals that keep a team on brand. Each day combines short input sessions with practical build time and a case exercise, and participants leave with ready-to-use templates, assets, and a personal action plan.

Because AI-generated content raises new questions, the programme also covers using it responsibly: brand voice and fact-checking for AI-drafted copy, copyright and licensing, disclosure of AI-generated images, and the protection of personal information.

This Artificial Intelligence AI for Leaders and Managers course is available in two formats, so you can choose the depth that fits your time and needs:
