  • Introduction to project management software, including AI-assisted features in tools like MS Project
Assignment: Research and prepare a brief report on a company with a notable CSR project.
Module 2: Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Engagement in CSR Projects
Morning: Strategic Planning for CSR
  • Integrating CSR into core business strategy
  • Identifying CSR goals and objectives
  • Balancing profitability with social responsibility
Workshop: Developing a CSR strategy outline for a hypothetical company.
Afternoon: Stakeholder Engagement

Assignment: Prepare a stakeholder engagement plan for the CSR strategy developed in the workshop.

  • Resource allocation and budgeting
Workshop: Creating a detailed project plan for a CSR initiative.
Afternoon: Project Execution
  • Best practices for implementing CSR projects

  • Monitoring and controlling project progress
Exercise: Simulation of project execution, with reflection on key challenges and solutions.
Module 4: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting in CSR Projects
Morning: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

  • Methods and tools for monitoring and evaluation
  • Using AI-assisted tools to accelerate data collection and analysis
Workshop: Designing an M&E framework for your CSR projects.
Afternoon: Reporting and Communication

  • Creating impactful CSR reports, using AI drafting tools to accelerate the first draft
  • Leveraging media and digital platforms for CSR communication
Exercise: Drafting a CSR report based on your project plan and M&E framework.
Assignment: Complete the draft CSR report and prepare a presentation.
