Course Introduction

Every organisation depends on people who can transfer knowledge effectively, whether that’s an L&D specialist designing a training programme or a subject-matter expert asked to train colleagues for the first time. This course builds practical facilitation, instructional design, and training evaluation skills, moving well beyond generic presentation tips into a complete, repeatable training design and delivery process.

The Train The Trainer course is highly practical: every participant delivers and receives feedback on a short facilitated session by the end of the programme. You’ll work through needs analysis, adult learning principles, group dynamics, and evaluation and ROI reporting, leaving with the confidence and toolkit to design and deliver training that actually lands.

Course Duration Options

This course is available in two formats, so you can choose the depth that fits your time and needs:

2-Day Essentials Core Foundations

A fast-track intensive covering needs analysis, adult learning principles, and group dynamics on Day 1, then moving into preparing, delivering, and evaluating your own facilitated session on Day 2. Every participant still delivers a short facilitated session and receives structured peer feedback, and leaves with a personal 30-day action plan.

Ideal for: People who need real facilitation capability without an extended block of time away from the job.
