Course Introduction

Strategic facilities management becomes of significant importance in driving value for money and this course will help you understand how facilities management can drive productivity and cost savings within any organisation. It aims to provide delegates with a thorough understanding of facilities management and the application thereof in practice and will add value to their understanding of the sector and functioning in the workplace.
