Course Introduction

This Microsoft Outlook Training course aligns with two unit standards, both NQF Level 2 and 2 Credits: Unit Standard 116945, “Use electronic mail to send and receive messages,” and Unit Standard 116935, “Enhance, edit and organise electronic messages using a Graphical User Interface (GUI)-based messaging application.” Both standards remain valid for enrolment until 30 June 2028 and for achievement until 30 June 2031. The course is intended for people who need to use electronic mail to send and receive messages, either as a general computer user or as basic knowledge for a career in a field such as ICT. 

 

The course will help participants get comfortable with the Outlook interface, creating and sending messages, and managing, organising, and responding to email correctly and professionally.
