Course Introduction

This transformative training course is designed to empower leaders with the ability to adapt their leadership style to suit varying team needs, performance levels, and organisational demands. Situational Leadership teaches that there is no single “best” leadership style — instead, effective leaders assess each situation and adjust their approach accordingly, using the Situational Leadership® II (SLII) model developed by the Center for Leadership Studies, the global home of the framework.

By mastering this dynamic model, participants learn to analyse individual team members’ competence and commitment, applying the most effective leadership style for each scenario. The Situational Leadership Training course also emphasises the integration of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability — essential qualities for today’s agile leaders who must inspire, motivate, and drive results in complex environments, including navigating AI-assisted decision-making as an emerging leadership capability.
