Course Introduction

With a host of new challenges and responsibilities to tackle, supervisors need training that helps them adjust to their role with confidence rather than learning on a trial-and-error basis. This Advanced Supervisory Skills Workshop is a comprehensive, two-day programme designed to help supervisors and team leaders establish credibility fast, motivate their teams effectively, handle difficult behaviours and rule-breakers with confidence, curb absenteeism and tardiness, give constructive feedback, and conduct effective performance appraisals.

Unlike a general introduction to supervision, this workshop is built specifically around the practical, day-to-day challenges supervisors consistently report facing — giving delegates tools they can apply immediately, not just theory. This standalone 2-Day Comprehensive Workshop is ideal for professionals who need a complete, focused programme without committing to a longer, multi-day course.
