Course Introduction

Many projects deliver exactly what was asked for and still fail, because the real need was never properly understood. Business analysis closes that gap. It is the discipline of understanding why a change is needed, working out what the business and its stakeholders actually require, and defining a solution that delivers value.

This three-day course teaches business analysis as it is practised inside real projects, whether they follow a predictive, agile, or hybrid approach. Participants learn to plan business analysis work, engage stakeholders, elicit and analyse requirements, build the business case, and verify and validate that the solution meets the need. The course follows the knowledge areas of the IIBA® BABOK® Guide, Version 3, and every module includes practical exercises on a realistic project scenario, so participants leave with tools they can use the next day.

The course is aligned to the IIBA® BABOK® Guide, Version 3, and is not a certification preparation course.
