Course Introduction

The PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP)™ is a Project Management Institute (PMI)® certification for people who lead and direct construction and built environment projects. It focuses on the areas where these projects most often succeed or fail: managing contracts and risk, engaging stakeholders, controlling scope and change, and putting sound governance in place.

This three-day course delivers PMI’s four foundational modules for the PMI-CP: Project Communications, Construction Interface Management, Construction Scope and Change Order Management, and Construction Contract and Risk Management. Participants work through realistic construction scenarios and leave prepared for the PMI-CP exam, which places half of its weight on contracts management. Attendance earns 17 PDUs.

The course uses authorised content developed and maintained by PMI®. The exam fee and PMI membership are not included.
