Course Introduction

High-performing project teams are not a product of chance. They are built deliberately, through clear objectives, defined roles, strong leadership, trust, and a culture of accountability. Project success depends on people from different functions collaborating well, adapting to change, and delivering within scope, time, and budget, often while working in hybrid or remote teams.

This three-day course gives project team members, team leaders, and specialists the practical tools and behavioural insights to work effectively in a project team. Participants learn how project work differs from operational work, how effective teams develop, and how to understand their own working style and that of their colleagues. They practise communicating clearly, running effective meetings, resolving conflict, building trust and psychological safety, planning with the team, managing risk, solving problems creatively, and giving and receiving feedback. Every module includes exercises on realistic project scenarios, and each participant leaves with a personal action plan.
