Course Introduction

This comprehensive course is designed in two integrated parts, equipping participants with the skills to both conduct robust Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and to effectively evaluate training interventions. The first part focuses on empowering delegates to systematically identify and analyse learning and development needs within their organisations. The second part provides practical tools and techniques to assess and measure the effectiveness of training, including how to demonstrate and report Return on Investment (ROI).
