This Legal Training is a “short course” training course that
does not form part of a skills development training
curriculum, nor does it form part of a qualification and/or a
prescribed competency. However, a person does need to
have legal knowledge and understanding, specifically
relating to a person’s job function in order to be competent.
The Legal Training course that will be presented will focus
on both the legal liability and the legal compliance aspects
and principals.
